Guests

Guests are people from the Diocese who want to stop into convention to see what's going on.  Everyone in the Diocese is invited to attend the keynote session and the Convention Eucharist.  They will not need to register for Convention and there is no fee for guests, as they will not be receiving any information, a name tag or be able to join in the meals.

Visitors

Visitors are people from the Diocese who plan on attending the entire Convention.  Spouses generally fall in this category.  They do need to register, as they will be receiving information, a name tag and be able to join in the meals.

Pre-convention Meetings

All Delegates and Clergy are expected to attend a pre-convention meeting.  This is where questions get answered and discussion takes place.  We have 5 around the Diocese, so if you cannot attend the one in your deanery, there are 4 others to chose from.

We will not be sending hardcopies of any information.  Please remember to download and print out all the information you need - including budget, resolutions, canonical changes & nominations.
