Request for Outreach display for Convention
I would like to put up a display at our convention in April. Please help me to do this by sending a letter-sized paper with pictures and descriptions of what your parish is doing to reach out to others. I hope to copy these and make a booklet for each delegation to take back to their parish.
I ask that you send it to Anne Labat-Gepert (please call the Diocesan center for the address)
I need to have anything by April 1, 2008.
If you need to have the pictures returned, it will be your responsibility to claim your display sheet at the end of convention. I cannot be responsible for them after that.

The Convention is taking place at the Park Place Hotel.
Blocks of rooms have been set aside at the Park Place Hotel (for $89.00 a night) and the Hampton Inn (for $71.96 a night).
