Previous CHURCH Work (Diocesan, Parish, National)

Church School Superintendent, Vestry and Sr. Warden, Commission on Ministry.

Born (1947) and raised in Coldwater MI., and affiliated with the Presbyterian Church. Joined the Episcopal Church in 1973 at Trinity, Marshall and have remained an active member. Served as Church School Superintendent, Sr. Warden, licensed lay Preacher, Worship Committee Chairperson, Search Committee Chairperson, Healing and Prayer Group Leader, and Steering Committee for Trinity Focus Group.

Joined the Diocesan Consulting Team in 1995 and have been active as a facilitator for Mutual Ministry Reviews. The Review has become a ministry for me in which I have the opportunity to work directly with parishes within our diocese. My main focus is to help the Leaders of the parish (rector and vestry) participate in a healthy and efficient evaluation process that will bring them together as a Leadership Team, able to define their clear vision and goals for a shared parish ministry. It has been a blessing to be invited into a parish and to see them as a part of the Body of Christ; how they care for one another and serve the Church.
